Maverick Television plans programme about "helping a group of struggling children...to speak properly"
The television production company behind Ten Years Younger, How to Look Good Naked and the Embarrassing Bodies series is turning its attention to children with speech, language and communication needs.
Maverick Television is developing a new series based on a news report that says one in fourteen children in England leave school with communication difficulties. The company is looking for "a dynamic speech and language therapist" who would be interested in participating in the series. The aim would be "helping a group of struggling children who have slipped through the net to speak properly".
