Down's syndrome courses for speech and language therapists

Specialist development from Down's Syndrome Association
The Down's Syndrome Association is hosting a 3 day specialist development programme for speech and language therapists and a conference on eating and drinking problems experienced by children with Down's syndrome.
The 3 day course is at Teddington from 11-13 May 2009. It has been developed by Symbol UK to include discussion of evidence-based intervention strategies.
The conference is in Birmingham on 19 March. Anatomical, motor, sensory and behavioural factors of eating and drinking problems in children with Down's syndrome will be explored.
